We are staying on the Kowloon side of the harbor.....which is just a short one mile tunnel ride away from the actual island/city of Hong Kong.  At night every street looks like Times Square in New York City.....lights, action, and shopping!  We booked a city tour that started with a ride on the Peak Tram to the highest point in Hong Kong....500m above the harbor.  This tour also featured the 1.) Aberdeen fishing village, 2.) Repulse Bay beaches, and 3.) Stanley Market.

For a night cap...we reserved dinner at the highest restaurant in Hong Kong.....Bubba Gump's at The Peak!  It was the best meal we've had on this entire trip (steaks and seafood).  And, we splurged on fabulous drinks....margaritas mixed with a bottle of Corona.  We even got to KEEP THE CUPS!!!

After dinner we went on a harbor booze cruise.  The best part of this excursion was the fact there was only 10 people on the entire boat!  We (no doubt) enjoyed this Hong Kong harbor cruise....getting our money's worth (and more) at the open bar all evening.  You know what that means, right?  The rest of the night was a bit of a blurrrrrrrrrrrrr.......
